House rules & Policies

• Maximum Occupancy

Up to 10 overnight guests maximum.

• Pet Policy

Well-behaved pets are welcome (2 maximum). Please include details about your pets when submitting your booking request. To protect the home, pets must not be left unattended unless securely crated while you are away from the property.

• No Smoking or Vaping

Strictly forbidden inside the home. This includes all e-cigarettes and vaping devices.

• Quiet Hours

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect our Key Allegro neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

• No Unauthorized Events

Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

• Vehicles & Boat Parking

All guest vehicles, boat trailers, and watercraft must be parked entirely within the driveway or designated under-carport spaces. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

• Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be requested and approved in advance.

• Trash Disposal

Please place all household garbage in tied trash bags inside the designated exterior bins. Ensure lids remain securely closed to prevent local wildlife interference.

Bella la Brew Coffee Bar

Insider Tip: The ultimate hidden gem for early risers—especially if you are heading out for an early morning fishing trip! They open their drive-thru early at 6:45 AM on weekdays. While your drink is being crafted, be sure to step inside and check out the adorable Bella la Rue Boutique connected to the cafe for unique coastal clothing and gifts.

Quirky Birds Coffee

Insider Tip: It shares space with Bloomers Nursery! Grab your latte and wander through the greenhouse next door. If you like sweet specialty drinks, order their signature "Sandy Bird" (a blend of vanilla bean, salted caramel, and praline). Best of all, they are fully dog-friendly both inside and out if you brought your pup along!

Main Street Coffee House

Insider Tip: Step inside to discover a whimsical, Alice in Wonderland-themed interior complete with eclectic decor and board games! If you love a bold brew, order the Cubano cortado. They are open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, making this the perfect cozy afternoon workspace or late-day hangout spot.
